Gabriel Gaslard is in a battle with an undiagnosed illness, and could use some help.  In May of this year Gabriel’s wheelchair accessible van, which he previously used to travel to the IWK 8 to 10 times each year since 2009, was stolen and burnt.  Friends and family of Gabriel are holding a dart tournament and silent auction to help raise funds for anew accessible van.  The silent auction will be happening at the Ashby Legion Branch 138 on Saturday,…

Spruce up your wardrobe while saving the planet!  Join us for the New-to-you clothing sale, where you can snag stylish, affordable finds and reduce textile waste!  All items under $5, optional $2 donation at the door.  All proceeds in support of the Cape Breton Environmental Association's Community Initiatives. Sunday, November 24th from 11am to 4pm at the Polish Village Hall (972 Victoria Road, Sydney).
