Tai Chi is a gentle set of exercises designed to improve all aspects of your life including balance, sleep and digestion. No special equipment is required. FLK Taoist Tai Chi is starting a Beginner Class at two locations: Sydney at Club 55, 70 Prince St, Tuesday February 21, 10 am to noon and Northside at Bras d’Or Hall, 24 Villa Dr, Wednesday February 22, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
