Federal Disability Supports Information Session
Wednesday, Nov. 26th 2-3 pm McConnell Library (Sydney) Staff from Service Canada and Canadian Revenue Agency will be at the library to explain the differences between the Canada Pension Plan Disability, the Disability Tax Credit and the new Disability Benefit. They will provide an overview of each benefit, discuss eligibility criteria, and offer guidance on how to apply. Registration is not required ~ drop-in for this program.

On Sunday November 30, 2025 a Christmas Market will be held from 12:00-4:00 at the Glace Bay Firehall, 87 Reserve St, in support of the Glace Bay High School Band. Over 30 artisans, crafters and vendors will be there, offering unique ideas for gift-giving, holiday decor and even delicious treats. There will also be tickets on a gift basket. Admission is by donation. We hope to see you there!

Women’s Advent Prayer Breakfast
