Free family picnic for everyone on Labour Day from 12-2 at Open Hearth Park. Hosted by Cape Breton District Labour Council. There will be music, magic show, balloon animals, face painting, guest speakers and other free stuff for all ages. There will be draws for the kids for some Gift Cards also and 50/50 tickets.
