Imagine you had a fall or stroke that resulted in you being unable to communicate. Would your loved ones know what help or care you would want, or not want? Would they know how to speak on your behalf? This is where and Advance Care Plan can help you and provide peace of mind for your loved ones.
Join presenters Colleen and Johanna, volunteers with the Nova Scotia Chapter of Dying with Dignity Canada to learn about Advance Care Planning and how you can have your wishes and preferences documented and shared with the right people.
