94.9 The Wave Community Pledge

For the month of July the 94.9 The Wave Community Pledge is shining light on Cape Breton Transition House Association Willow House:

Willow House offers a safe and supportive environment for women and children who have experienced Intimate Partner Violence. Through their shelter services, outreach programs, and child and youth services, they have helped and supported many women and children with the tools they need to get back on their feet. They are currently seeking donations of toiletries, diapers, gift cards for the movies and local businesses that provide these survivors with a chance to enjoy the simple things that we often take for granted.  Donations can be dropped off at the Radio building 318 Charlotte Street in Sydney .  Willow House workers are available 24/7 and can be reached through their website https://www.cbtha.com/
