Enercon Canada has a technical team investigating the collapse of a huge wind turbine at the Pt. Tupper wind farm last week.

Workers were evacuated before the tower toppled over last week and no one was injured. The collapse happened as a component was being replaced. The company says it has instalkled almost a thousand wind turbines across the country in the last 15 years and this is the first time one has collapsed.
