Cape Breton Regional Police still aren’t saying much about the suspension of three officers, just that it’s pending an investigation by the RCMP. A spokeswoman refused to release names.

Their union, the NSGEU; also is not saying much about the reasons behind the suspensions but has released the names, Sergeant Jerome Kelly and Constables Roberta Kelly; his wife, and Greg Livingstone.

Jerome Kelly is the president of the union local and Livingstone is vice-president.
