Premier congratulates Nova Scotian Paralympians
Premier Stephen McNeil has congratulated Nova Scotian athletes who competed at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio. Sailors Paul Tingley of Halifax and Scott Lutes of Mahone Bay won bronze as part of Canada’s Sonar crew on the weekend. Swimmers Devin Gotell of Antigonish and Danial Murphy of Bedford, wheelchair basketballer Jamey Jewells of Donkin, shotputter Pamela LeJean of Sydney and goalballer Jillian MacSween of Halifax also competed.
