River Ryan man

Global Affairs Canada is helping a River Ryan native detained in Thailand on accusations of bank robbery.  David James Roach was arrested July 10th for allegedly robbing a Singaporean bank.  A request to extradite him back there was denied, and if that won’t happen he’ll be deported back to Canada.
