CBRM comfort centres still open; some relocated

The 3 comfort centres throughout the CBRM will remain open until further notice. However, some comfort centres have been relocated:

Reserve Mines Fire Hall comfort centre has relocated to the Glace Bay Fire Hall, where citizens can also utilize the shower facilities.

North Sydney Firemen’s Club remains open as a comfort centre, but citizens can also go to the Emera Centre to utilize their shower facilities (please note: the Emera Centre is not a comfort centre – just a showering facility).

Centre 200 will continue to serve as both a comfort centre for those who wish to stop by short term, as well as a long term and overnight shelter provided by the Red Cross. Citizens can also utilize the shower facilities at Centre 200.
