Richmond County resignation

One of the chief targets in the Richmond County expense scandal has now resigned.

Chief Administrative Officer Warren Olsen was one of the main people mentioned in the Auditor General’s report on the spending scandal.

Olsen told the Chronicle Herald it’s just time to move on.

He has been on a medical leave of absence for substance abuse.
