Cape Breton clown case

“Klutzy the Clown” has been granted bail on sexual assault and sexual interference charges involving a girl under 16.

51 year old Dale Rancourt was in court yesterday and released by the judge who imposed a number of conditions, such as stayubg away from children and not wear masks makeup or anything that would hide his identity.

Rancourt returns to court November 15 for election and plea on the charges.
