Cape Breton clown bust

A well-known clown in Cape Breton has been arrested on sexual assault and sexual exploitation charges.

51 year old Dale Rancourt, known as Klutzy the Clown; has been charged in connection with a girl who was under 16 at the time.  The Gabarus man will be in court today for a bail hearing.  The Crown is opposing his release.
