CBRM voting

Over a quarter of eligible voters have cast their ballots already for the municipal election in CBRM.

At the close of the e-voting advance polls yesterday evening, 26.4% of those eligible had voted electronically.  By comparison, in the last municipal election the turnout at the electronic polls was 32.8%.

Officials figure the weather may have had something to do with the drop in numbers.

You can still cast your ballots by paper Saturday until 7:00pm.
