Efficiency NS pilot project for rental housing

Efficiency Nova Scotia’s Affordable Multifamily Housing pilot project is on.  It helps improve rental housing by lowering energy costs, and increasing tenant comfort and affordability while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.  Qualifying applicants get a comprehensive energy audit and custom recommendations, including a possible 80% rebate of the total cost and interest-free financing for up to 24 months.
