High Numbers Voting Electronically for CBRM Municipal Elections

With still over a week to go until municipal elections across the province many residents of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality have already cast their vote. As of yesterday evening, 13.3-per-cent of all eligible voters in the CBRM had already cast their vote electronically. The province hopes that e-voting options will improve the traditionally low voter participation in municipal elections.
