South Bar Fatality

Police are still asking witnesses to come forward after that deadly accident in South bar last weekend.

A 40 year old man, driving a black Suburban, was killed when it left Highway 28 and crashed. A 29 year old man was taken to hospital, treated and released.

Cape Breton Regional Police believe they were in the Browns Lake area for some time before the collision and would like to talk to anyone who was there late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
