NS justice system ranked second in Canada: MLI report card

The new Macdonald-Laurier Institute report card for the Canadian justice system ranks Nova Scotia tied for second.  We got a B+ for fairness and access, Bs for public safety and support for victims; and C+’s for cost and resources, and efficiency.  The overall grade of B ties the province with New Brunswick, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador.  PEI was tops with a B+.
