NS business growth rate down: BDBC study

A new Business Development Bank of Canada study finds Canadian companies are slightly smaller than in the past, and barely growing compared to 15 years ago.  Nova Scotia’s growth rate was down, with 7.2% fewer businesses in 2013 compared to 2001.  That’s well below the national average of a 20% increase.
