Sydney murder case

The judge in the murder for hire trial says he will have the verdict for Roderick Joseph Domoslai November 22nd, or if there’s a delay December 19th, that; according to the CBC.

Justice Gregory Warner denied a defense motion to declare a mistrial after a private meeting between the judge and the Crown prosecutor Tuesday without the defense present.  The judge said the meeting was to discuss an extremely unique legal issue, but didn’t give details.

The trial wrapped up after cross-examination of Domoslai who denied hiring someone to kill his ex-wife and her boyfriend.
