MacLean out of the running

Bill Joe MacLean, who had his own legal troubles at Province House many years ago, won’t be running again for Mayor of Port Hawkesbury.

The 80 year old MacLean confirmed he’s retiring despite being approached hundreds of times in recent months to run again. He said any of the four councilors would make an excellent candidate for Mayor.
