Stolen Goods and Vehicle Discovered after Lingan Road Traffic Stop

A traffic stop on Lingan Road early Saturday morning resulted in a number of charges for theft and breaching conditions. Police says a vehicle was pulled over shortly after midnight for speeding and they discovered the driver, 32-year-old Ryan Jeffery Haley, was breaching several court ordered conditions. The vehicle also turned out to be stolen and filled with stolen goods. Later Saturday morning, around 5am, police received a report of an overnight Break and Enter at Sydney Industrial Park business and were able to link Haley to that theft. Haley is currently in custody on numerous charges of Break and Enter and breaching conditions and will appear in court on September 12th.
