6-week project looks to make healthy food more accessible
The Pan Cape Breton Food Hub, Glace Bay Food Bank and Ecology Action Centre are partnering to host a 6-week project aimed at making healthy food more accessible for low-income families. The centre’s Our Food project and private Food Hub member donations helped fund it. 10 families identified by the food bank get a subsidized box of fresh food every week during the project
