Cape Breton awards

Seven Cape Breton Tech Companies have been awarded thousands of dollars as the winners of the Spark Cape Breton Innovation Challenge. The annual competition is funded by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Innovacorp and rewards tech innovations. Among the winners are Advocate Cognitive Technologies which received 45-thousand-dollars to further develop software for lawyers. The seven winning companies will share 225-thousand-dollars in seed money.
