CBRP officer charged with uttering a threat

A Cape Breton Regional Police officer has been charged with uttering a threat to cause death or bodily harm.  Constable Wade Everett Lavin is accused of a July incident that’s not related to his police duties.  He’s due in court October 18th, and has been under suspension with pay since last October for an unrelated incident.
