Eastern Premiers and New England Governors meet in Boston

Eastern Premiers and New England Governors were at their annual meeting today in Boston.   Energy, the environment and climate change were on the table for the conference, co-chaired by Premier Wade MacLauchlan and Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.
