NS Wells are Drying Up

Wells are drying up on the province’s south shore. The summer dry spell has seen homes running dry across the province but it’s particularly bad in places like Barrington. The municipality of the District of Barrington usually receives 268 millimeters of rain between June and the end of August but this year only 71 millimeters has fallen. Their’s concern about a potential public health risk as some residents may not be able to afford living off bottled water.
