Chair Yoga May 22nd 2 pm McConnell Library, Sydney Come try chair yoga with yoga instructor Rachelle Dornig. Poses will be done in a chair so you can try them even if you have mobility issues.  Everyone welcome. PLEASE REGISTER at the McConnell Library desk or by calling 902-562-3161.
