Qi Gong and Tai Chi are ancient Chinese mind-body exercises that can be learned by people of all ages and abilities. Join Mike Milburn, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, for an introduction to the gentle yet powerful practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong that balance mental and physical energy and heal the body.
