DESCRIPTION:Bereaved Families of Cape Breton is offering the following Grief program: \nOur monthly Meditation Session will be held on Thursday\, January 19th from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. Bereaved Families Meditation and Healing programs can help you cope with your grief. The sessions are offered in-person and virtually. They provide the opportunity to try different methods so you can discover what is best for you. \nAll Programs are complimentary (at no cost to participants) and are designed to bring people together who have lost a loved one.
