DESCRIPTION:Bereaved Families of Cape Breton is offering the following Grief program: \nLoss of a Spouse or Partner a 6-week grief program that caters to individuals who have Lost a Spouse or Partner. This is a 6-week program offered each Tuesday starting on January 24th\, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. All sessions are offered in-person and virtually. (Bereaved Families offer dedicated six-week to help move through the grief process and for the mental health and well-being of individuals. These sessions are open to anyone 18 years of age and older.) \nAll Programs are complimentary (at no cost to participants) and are designed to bring people together who have lost a loved one. Programs will all take place at the Eltuek Arts Centre (formerly the Convent)\,170 George Street\, Sydney. \nFor more information on these programs or to register please visit their website or Facebook page.
