8 am – noon

Sunday’s 70’s Countdown: SEPTEMBER 21, 1974
8 am – 11 am

It sounded like it could have been a good promotion in 1974. The Cleveland Indians baseball team had a 10-cent beer night. The universal product code was used for the first time with Wrigley’s gum being the first product that could be scanned with its barcode. Watergate was all over the news as Richard Nixon was forced to resign. The unmistakable voice of Barry White and First Class were on the air as we headed into the fall of 1974.
