Richmond County notes

Voters in Richmond County let the incumbents know what they thought of the expense scandal.

This was also the election of a smaller council, five seats instead of ten.  Three incumbents were defeated including Warden Victor David who only got 52 votes.  Winning seats were Alvin Martell, Jason MacLean; former Warden James Goyetche, and Gilbert Boucher.  Brian Marchand won by acclamation.
